We offer services in Architectural Design, Interior Design, Decor & Construction.

With in-house GC we are able to provide our clients with a seamless and enjoyable experience, from beginning to end.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

We provide this service for the design of new construction and additions. Architectural design consists of spacial planning and programming, and establishing the overall aesthetic and style of a building.

*We require stamped engineering drawings for foundation, framing, roof and bracing. Not produced in-house, costs not included in our fee.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Interior design is the detailed planning of the functionality of a space, with its finishes and materials. This service is highly recommended for new buildings and remodels to achieve an elevated design and maximize the potential of the spaces and the use of budget.

Interior design provides detailed personalization of each space with customization of cabinetry, built-ins, lighting selections and plumbing fixtures.

FULL SERVICE DESIGN

Architecture + Interior Design
We’ll make sure your home is truly a reflection of your lifestyle.
There are thousands of decisions to be made when designing a home, rest assured this will truly be your dream home and we’ll handle all the heavy lifting and leave it to you to enjoy the outcome.

FURNISHINGS & DECOR

This branch of our Interior Design services allows you to bring our unique approach and aesthetic to your spaces. Although no walls are moved around, we make sure to maximize the functionality of the spaces creating a conscious layout with furnishings and soft goods, and we elevate the spaces by carefully curating a collection of furnishings, accessories and colors.

 

$1500 per room

Minimum charge $2500

CONSTRUCTION

With in-house GC, our most successful projects are those where we are involved from beginning to completion.

After design has been completed and Construction Documents have been submitted, we would love to provide a construction bid to continue to be part of your team.

CONSULTING SERVICES

DESIGNER FOR A DAY

This consulting service is a great support tool for those who would like to be more hands on in the design process:

Maybe a different layout or add-on’s to what’s existing, accents and accessorizing, guidance as a starting point, or reassurance and feedback through out the process.

 

$ 1500 per day

Deliverables:

  • Up to 6hrs in-person visit.
  • Brief documentation for reference on the topics resolved during session.

construction oversight

If you decide to handle construction with a different builder, we offer to continue to be present throughout construction as your representative to ensure the design we have agreed on is being brought to life with the detail and quality you expect.

We will coordinate with your builder to delegate responsibilities. This will look different with each builder, but our services would be some combination or form of the following:

  • Specialty materials purchasing.
  • Milestone walk-throughs for pattern lays, fixture placements, etc.
  • Specialty finishes consulting and sourcing.

PHOTOGRAPHIC RENDERS

We provide a basic model and elevations with all our services. If you want to take it up a notch we can provide photorealistic renders as an additional service.

COLORIST SESSION

Real quick, before you pull the trigger with your painter! On-site consultation to help you choose the right colors.
